Firm Resources
Dr. Bernad reserves the right to use other professionals and research assistant to perform medical research associated with the case. The entire staff of Medical Quality Management will be available during office hours to assist in a case.
Scheduling/Payment Policy
Meetings, trials, and depositions require advance payment at least one week prior to the scheduled date. Events should be scheduled as soon as possible to avoid any conflicts.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of meetings, depositions, or trials will result in a fee reflective of the degree of advance notice of the cancellation. Billing questions should be directed to the finance department.
Out of Pocket Expenses
Included but not limited to: fees for phone, fax, copier, travel, dictation, postage, delivery or office supplies.
